Sponsored Walk 2018

We are very excited to introduce the inaugural ‘Therfield School Sponsored Walk’. This is a brand new event to help raise money for the Drama Studio build and hopefully in the future many more exciting projects to develop the school. We believe it will be a hugely beneficial event for the school as a community and will bring the students together with a real sense of achievement. It will also give the students a great opportunity to see a beautiful part of the local area they may not be familiar with and hopefully encourage them to visit again.

Details:

When?

Friday 12th October (if the weather is poor we have a reserve day of Friday 19th October).

Why?

School community involvement in raising key funds for the Therfield Trust.

How?

Walking as a tutor group to Ashtead Common and then students/staff being able to walk at their own pace on the rest of the route.

We will need the whole school community to come together for the walk to be successful and staff will be walking the route as well as students. This is an opportunity for the whole school community to come together and overcome the challenge of the 10 mile walk!

Thanks in advance for all your support. This will be an amazing event for Therfield and we are very excited about how the fundraising will support school improvement.
