Learning Mentors provide emotional and pastoral support to students who have been referred by their relevant Head of Year. They work closely alongside the Learning Development Department to ensure every student has access to alternative provision where needed. The following support is provided in a nurturing environment -

* Raising self-esteem
* Bereavement support
* Emotional / Anxiety support
* Conflict resolution / Restorative justice
* Friendships issues
* Home-life issues
* Teenage health & relationships
* Self-harm/mental health difficulties
Learning Mentors are involved with transition from year 6 to 7 and can arrange extra visits during year 6 including Q&A sessions where needed.
